Our estate-bottled Chardonnay is from an estate in the coastal Garrigues of the Languedoc. This domain has been run by the same family since the end of the 19th century. Today, the fifth generation continues the tradition of producing authentic wines that reflect their terroir. The grapes are harvested at their maturity to obtain this harmonious dry white wine.

50% of this wine is aged in oak, resulting in a discreet oaky flavor

Color : Beautiful golden yellow

Bouquet : Oaky notes and aromas of white flowers

Palate : Crisp, balanced and harmonious

Food pairing : Serve as an aperitif, with salads, grilled fish or frozen desserts

Serve at a temperature of 7°C (45°F)
