Our estate-bottled Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot blend is from a domain in the coastal Garrigues of the Languedoc which has been run by the same family since the end of the 19th century. Today, the fifth generation continues the tradition of producing authentic wines that reflect their terroir. This wine is velvety and full-flavored. Sixty percent has been oak-aged, resulting in discreet hints of oak. It is an easy-to-drink, robust wine.

Grape variety : 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 65% Merlot
60% of this wine is aged in oak, resulting in a discreet oaky flavor

Color : A deep red-violet

Bouquet : Aromas of licorice and violets

Palate : Well-balanced, good tannic structure, velvety and full-flavored

Food pairing : Ideal as an aperitif, with meat, game or poultry dishes.

Can be served at room temperature 18ºC (65ºF) or chilled 10°C (50°F)
